What is adventureBASH?
Quite simply adventureBASH create a series of exclusive group sports holidays run throughout the year for young professionals at that 'in between age' (25 - 40's) The concept behind 'BASH' is to create a large sociable vibe in parallel with the adventure sports we all love. Whether that's some apres ski after a day carving up the slopes or a BBQ on the beach after ripping up the surf!! We are passionate about organising a sort of tasteful 'travel dinner party' hence the name adventure 'BASH'.
A couple of years ago, as a small group of friends, we were looking to book a ski holiday that specialised in bringing together fun outgoing adults in their 20's, 30's and early 40's. We didn't want the hardcore clubbing scene, but also refused to be stuck in a chalet with a group of families, kids, parents or teenagers! 'Wouldn't it be great to mix with a bunch of people like us', we said. After endlessly searching and finding nothing we created adventureBASH Ltd, starting off in single ski holidays. As active people we also began to realise that there was a need to create the same lively, fun sociable scene with other sports holidays such as sailing, mountain biking and surfing. So with the same concept as our ski trips, we began to organise our amazing new sports holidays for the summer months!

Meet the team
MONTY - Director
With a passion for action sports, adventure and anything outdoorsy, Monty is the principle founder of adventureBASH Ltd. After toying with various careers in the city, Monty decided to jump ship to pursue his ambition of creating a young, fun, sociable adventure travel company. In his spare time you will either find him out on his mountain bike, snowboarding in the winter or running over the South Downs with his hyperactive cocker spaniel – ‘Buddy’.
JASON - Director
Co-founder of adventureBASH Ltd, Jason shares Monty’s love of the great outdoors. A far cry from his career in the city, adventureBASH combines Jason’s passion for adventure with his love of sociable sports. An avid hockey player, he can often be found dashing about the pitch. Spending the majority of his childhood messing about on the water, he is equally at home cruising about in a motorboat as treading the deck of a sailing yacht making him the perfect advocate for our sailBASH holidays. At the first sign of snowfall though, there’s only one place to find him…on a skiBASH, of course!
BEN - Director
Originally a guest on one of our early skiBASHes, Ben stood out from the crowd with his abundance of energy and insatiable appetite for having a good time! A man of many talents, Ben is a keen skier, runner and theatre buff, he is also the only person we have witnessed eat his own body weight in cheese before tobogganing home! Ben is an invaluable member of the team and is our man on the ground, coordinating both our ski and sail BASHes to perfection.
GRACE - Operations Manager
Grace is a people person who can talk the hind legs off a donkey, a keen skier and loyal Blackpool supporter. Being a northern lass, she knows how to have a good time! Her background lies in healthcare after graduating from the University of Central Lancashire. As a qualified nurse she is a huge asset to have in the team, when she is not busy running the operations behind the scenes.
