Your payment is non-refundable. If we cancel your trip, we will provide a full refund of all items paid to AdventureBASH Ltd, but cannot refund any bookings made outside of the contract (flights, etc). Alternatively, we will offer you another trip to join for no difference in cost.

 

All deposit payments must be made up to 6 weeks prior to the start of the trip.

 

Whilst we guarantee an awesome trip, we cannot be responsible for snow conditions.

 

We do not exclude or limit any liability to our clients which may arise from proven negligence by any person employed directly by us or by our suppliers and subcontractors, servants or agents of the same whilst acting in the course or their employment in respect of death, bodily injury or illness. Such liabilities shall be subject to English law and all proceedings shall be within the exclusive domain of the English courts. We shall endeavour to afford general assistance to our clients in the event of illness, injury or death during the period of the trip. We accept responsibility for ensuring that all parts of the trip are supplied as described and that all services shall reach a reasonable standard. Naturally we cannot assume responsibility for loss or expense due to war, riots, strikes, terrorist activities or natural disaster.

 

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE ADEQUATE INSURANCE COVER FOR YOUR ARRANGEMENTS/SPORT ACTIVITES WITH US AND WE CAN ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY IF YOU FAIL TO TAKE OUT ADEQUATE INSURANCE IN RELATION TO THESE HOLIDAY ARRANGEMENTS.

You must take out comprehensive travel insurance before you travel on an adventureBASH trip. Your insurance protection must include cover for cancellation, medical and repatriation expenses, personal injury and accident, death and loss of personal baggage and money and personal liability insurance. Insurance cover offered by credit card companies or reciprocal medical cover agreements are often not comprehensive.

 

We reserve the right to change the advertised price any time during the advertised booking period, and your payment is final.

 

We reserve the right to take videos and photos during the trip which may then be used on social media and our website at www.adventurebash.com. Any other commercial use of our photos will be confirmed before use.
